Booking Information 

Please have a read through before your next visit

How to book, cancellations, running late etc

  • Bookings & and cancellations can be made online via my FacebookInstagram, or by telephone or text 

  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice of your appointment your booking fee will be lost.

  • Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge & and no shows a 100% charge to your card. This will be added to your next appointment with me.

  • In some cases, if you want to rebook full payment of any prior missed appointments will be required before you rebook with me.

  • Booking fees. I may request a booking fee for certain bookings. If I have to re-arrange your appointment due to illness etc any booking fees will be moved over to your next booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking the booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Running late- if you arrive late (even by 5 mins)for your appointment it will be classed as a no-show & will be charged 100% of the appointment cost -on occasions (depending on what you were booked in for)I may be able to adapt the service to fit you in ,this will still be charged at the original appointment cost.

  • If skin test has a positive reaction or test pieces fail for any reason there will be  no cancellation charge & any booking fees will be refunded. 

  • I accept card payments & cash.

  • I now accept klarna & clear pay for purchases over £250

Skin Testing & Colour Consultations

  • All clients are required to have a skin test & full consultation before their colour or hair extensions, without this i'm unable to carry out any treatments, these can be booked online (see above).

Hair Extensions

  • Hair extension consultations are required to discuss suitability & look required, aftercare & costing at this consultation I will carry out a through hair & scalp analysis, colour match and perform the necessary tests.

  • I charge £30 for extension consultations which is credited to any fitting within 3 months of the consultation,

  • Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge & no shows 100% charge to your card.

                                                                                 Toppers

  • Off the peg pieces can be purchased & try on sessions are free of charge for this service.

  • I include a cut & style with all the toppers purchased should you wear your topper & require a bit more cutting off after you have worn a few times topper cut & styles are £55 & can be booked via contacting me on 07900934134.

  • Bespoke orders have a 14 working day cooling off period should you chance your mind & lead time of around 4/8 weeks.

  • Once test pieces are agreed no changes can be made & once the cooling of period has expired refunds cannot be given.

  • Toppers are delicate & must be worn similar to fine jewellery to extend their lifespan.

  • Full aftercare is given on consultation, most clients will expect their topper to have a lifespan of around 12 months but this will depend how often you wear the piece, the more you wear the shorter the lifespan, Over time the hair will shed.

  • I offer a limited 30 day warranty that covers excessive shedding & extreme colour fade - if you have a concern please return you  topper so that I can carry out an inspection, I will work hard to rectify any issue you have.

  • 30 day warranty does not cover damage from incorrect use or aftercare for example excessive heat use or wearing the topper in hot climates.

  • Texture of hair can vary from piece to piece as human hair is a natural product.

Other information-

  • All hair must paid for before I order & I accept cash, BACS , klarna/clear pay & card payment for hair.

  • I will not fit or consult under 18s for hair extensions.

  • Returns & refunds on hair -

  • Open packets of hair & fitted hair cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • If you change your mind before fitting I can return unopened packets within 14 days to my supplier.

  • If you change your hair colour between colour match & fitting  & the hair ordered is no longer suitable for you I  can return the hair within 14 days of date of purchase. In some cases new hair will need to be ordered to match your new colour.

  • Returns cost £25.00 will be payable for me return the hair ,this is to cover return postage & original postage paid this will be deducted from the refund amount.

  •  I will issue a refund to you as soon as I have been credited for the return & refund you via the method you paid.(This can take 2-3 weeks for my supplier to process any returns).

  • All hair ordered belongs to you the client & any excess left over is your to keep until required I can store for up to 12 weeks after that time period you will need to collect or I can post out via special delivery at a £10 charge

  • I will fit your own hair providing its of a very high quality & is suitable for your hair.

  • If a fault develops with your hair I can send back to the manufacture for inspection this process takes around 2-4 weeks.

  • I can send hair back providing correct aftercare products have been used & you can provide proof of purchase for the products.

  • Remi Cachet specify their own products must be used please see my aftercare pdf for more info on the Remi cachet warranty scheme.

  • If you have purchased hair yourself for me to fit directly from manufacture you are responsible for any warranty issues & responsible for removal & refit costs should you need to send your hair back.

Health & safety

  • Children under 16 years are not permitted to accompany their parent or guardian to appointments this due to health & safety reasons.

  • Clothing/ handbags - every precaution is taken to protect clients' clothing from staining during hair colouring services.

  • A towel around the shoulders underneath your gown and another towel over the top. Your sleeves must be rolled always up & and covered with the gown.

  • Drips & and spills can happen.

  • I will not be held responsible for any items of clothing that are stained with colour during a chemical service.

  • Electronics, you are welcome to charge any electrical devices using your charger or my charger please be aware that this is at your own risk & I accept no responsibility for damage caused to devices whilst on charge.

  • Allergies – Please inform me of any allergies you may have.

  • Rebecca Banham hairdressing is a smoke free site.

  • Please re-arrange your appointment if you have a heavy cold/cough/sickness or any other infectious condition, if you arrive unwell I may choose for me & my family's health not to proceed with your appointment.

  • If I become unwell & need to cancel I will contact you ASAP.

  • Clients that arrive under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs will be asked to leave the premises & no hairdressing services will be carried out.

Parking & how to find us

  • There is plenty of parking available at the front of my property please pull into the drive & either park on the garden or further down the drive (please do not park on the roadside).

  • We are 4th bungalow on right with solar panels from the A16 crossroads Spilsby end of Hundleby - Red dot marked on the map below.
