Please have a read through before your next visit

How to book ,cancellations, running late etc

  • Bookings & cancellations can be made online via my FacebookInstagram, fresha.com or by telephone or text 

  • Not sure what to book contact me & I will tell you which services to pick.

  • On booking your appointment my booking system will ask for your card details to confirm the appointment on booking, this is a anti fraud feature of my booking system.

  • A booking fee of around 50% of the service cost paid by card payment link may be required for some services if you haven't confirmed with your card on my booking system.

  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice of your appointment your booking fee will be lost.

  • Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge & no shows 100% charge to your card.

  • In some cases if you want to rebook full payment of any prior missed appointments will be required before you rebook with me.

  • If I have to re-arrange your appointment due to illness etc any booking fees will moved to your next booking.

  • Running late- if you are arrive late for your appointment it will be classed as a no-show & will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost -on occasions (depending on what you were booked in for)I may be able to adapt the service to fit you in ,this will still be charged at the original appointment cost.

  • If skin test has a positive reaction or test pieces fail for any reason there will be  no cancellation charge & any booking fees will be refunded.

  • I have had a large number of missed appointments over the last few months so i have had to implement this charge. 

  • I accept card payments , fresha pay & cash.

  • I now accept klarna for certain purchases.

Skin testing &  colour consultations

Hair extensions-

  • Hair extension consultations are completed in two steps 1st a FREE video call to discuss suitability, look required, aftercare & costing after this consultation if you want to go ahead, you can then book an in -person consultation with me so I can look at your hair and scalp, colour match and perform the necessary tests.

  • This appointments require a £15.00 booking fee pre paid via card payment link which will be applied as credit for any hair extension fittings you book with me within 3 months of your consultation. I will send the card payment link after you have made your booking.

  • If you fail to attend the booking  you will loose the booking fee.

  • The Booking fee can be moved to another booking if swapped with more than 48 hours notice - less than 48 hours notice there will be a 50% charge of £7.50 - The remaining £7.50 will be refunded or moved to your next booking.

  • Refund will be given if its not suitable for you to have hair extensions.

  • I have had a large number of no shows so i have had to implement this policy.

  • If you have booked  a in person consultation- I will hold your booking for 24 hours if no fee is received the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Other information-

  • All hair must paid for before I order & I accept BACS & card payment for hair.

  • I will not fit or consult under 18s for hair extensions.

  • Returns & refunds on hair 

  • Open packets of hair & fitted hair cannot be returned.

  • If you change your mind before fitting I can return unopened packets within 14 days to my supplier 

  • If you change your hair colour between colour match & fitting  & the hair ordered is no longer suitable for you I  can return the hair within 14days of purchase.

  • Returns cost £25.00 will be payable for me return the hair ,this is to cover return postage & original postage paid this will be deducted from the refund amount.

  •  I will issue a refund to you as soon as I have been credited for the return & refund you via the method you paid.(This can take 2-3 weeks for my supplier to process any returns).

  • All hair ordered belongs to you the client & any excess left over is your to keep until required. 

  • I will fit your own hair providing its of a very high quality & is suitable for your hair.

  • If a fault develops with your hair I can send back to the manufacture for inspection this process takes around 2-4 weeks.

  • I can send hair back providing correct aftercare products have been used & you can provide proof of purchase for them.

  • Remi Cachet specify their own products must be used please see my aftercare page for more info on the Remi cachet warranty scheme.

  • If you have purchased hair yourself for me to fit directly from manufacture you are responsible for any warranty issues & responsible for removal & refit costs should you need to send your hair back.

Health & safety

  • Children under 11 years are unable to accompany their parent or guardian to appointments unless they are attending their own appointment due to health & safety reasons. 

  • Rebecca Banham hairdressing is a smoke free site.

  • Please re-arrange your appointment if you have a bad cold/cough/sickness or any other infectious condition, if you arrive unwell I may choose for me & my family's health not to proceed with your appointment please read my Covid-19 policy.

  • If I become unwell & need to cancel I will contact you ASAP.

     Parking & how to find

  • There is plenty of parking available at the front of my property please pull into the drive & either park on the garden or further down the drive in front of the black gates (please do not park on the roadside)

  • Please wait in your car on arrival or wait at my black side gates & I will come out to you when i'm ready for you - due to building work we are having done at the moment.

  • We are 4th bungalow on right with solar panels from the A16 crossroads Spilsby end of Hundleby - Red dot marked on the map below.
