Clients information

I Collect client’s information and store data on Paper client consultation forms & on my online booking system this is a secure booking system with password protection.

This will contain all client’s information including all service and product records, phone numbers, address, email, your attendance, photos, copies of any medical letters/notes & emergency contact details.

Phone numbers are also stored on my password protected mobile phone.

I collect this Information so that I can safely perform your treatment and to be able to contact you with regards to appointments.

I need to store this data to comply with my public and product liability insurance and to be able to safely perform treatments and keep records of all products used should any issues/allergies & other problems arise.

This information is stored in a secure location that only I (Rebecca Banham) have access to, I will not share any client information with any third parties**. You can request to see a copy the data i hold by contacting me -

My booking system sends email & text reminders you can choose which to opt in or opt out.

Card Payments
When taking card payments Rebecca Banham Hairdressing processes payments via ‘Sum up’ & Fresha pay which holds the last 4 digits of your card, the data is collected so that I can complete accounts accordingly for HMRC. This data is not shared with any third parties and is stored in a secure place only I (Rebecca Banham) have access too.

Online payments

Website online payments are processed via Pay pal & WIX card processing with your email address & postage information stored securely online protected via password login.

Any BACS details are stored on my bank statements/online banking statements.

The Necessary data must be stored for 7 years to comply with my legal obligations, this will be reviewed on a yearly basis

Photos, advertising & social media

Any client photos are stored on my password protected phone; I use the photos to share my work on social media accounts Instagram/Facebook/Yell.com/tiktok other business listings, leaflets & my website.(I always ask permission before I take any pictures of your hair).

From time to time I may send email & text message marketing -you can opt out of this at any time.
